The terms governing the Major Credit Repair affiliate and referral program.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within three business days without penalty. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and payment information. We may approve or decline any affiliate application at our discretion, and may remove any affiliate who violates these terms.
Approved affiliates earn a referral commission for each new client they refer who enrolls in and completes payment for one of our programs. Commission amounts and payout schedules are communicated to you upon approval. A referral qualifies only when the referred client's enrollment is complete and any applicable cancellation period has passed.
Commissions are not earned on your own enrollment, on cancelled or refunded enrollments, or on referrals that cannot be verified as originating from you.
Qualified commissions are paid on a regular schedule to the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraud, chargebacks, or refunded enrollments.
You agree to promote our Services honestly and lawfully. You may not make false or exaggerated claims, guarantee specific results, misrepresent your relationship with us, use spam or deceptive marketing, or bid on our brand terms in paid search without written permission. You must comply with the FTC's endorsement guidelines and disclose your affiliate relationship where required.
Because Major Credit Repair operates under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and related consumer-protection law, affiliates may not promise results, quote specific score increases, or state that any item is guaranteed to be removed. When in doubt, direct prospective clients to us for accurate information.
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Unpaid qualified commissions earned before termination will be paid on the normal schedule, subject to these terms. We may terminate immediately and withhold commissions for any violation of this policy or applicable law.
We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
