You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within three business days without penalty. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and applicable state law, you have the right to cancel your contract, for any reason, within three (3) business days after you sign it — without any penalty or obligation. To cancel, deliver a signed, dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation (provided with your service agreement) to us at the address below, or send written notice by any means that provides proof of the date sent.
If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, consistent with law.
The $50 consultation deposit reserves dedicated analyst time to review your actual credit reports. If you enroll, the full $50 is credited toward your program fee. If you complete your consultation and choose not to enroll, the deposit covers the analyst time already performed and is non-refundable, except where the three-day cancellation right or applicable law requires otherwise.
Because The Platinum Package is a fixed-scope service performed over time, fees correspond to work actually performed on your file. Consistent with CROA, we do not collect payment for services before they are performed. After the three-day cancellation window, refunds — if any — are addressed in your written service agreement and are based on the stage of work completed at the time of your request.
We do not issue refunds based on a specific score outcome or the removal or non-removal of any specific item, because — as disclosed throughout — no such result is or can lawfully be guaranteed.

Please include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your file so we can locate your account promptly. We respond to refund and cancellation requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with your service agreement and applicable law.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. Nothing in this section limits your rights under law or your card network's rules.
