You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within three business days without penalty. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
To provide our Services we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, mailing address, date of birth, Social Security number, and credit-report data — as well as information generated during our work on your file. We also collect limited technical information (such as IP address and browsing activity) automatically when you use our website.
We collect sensitive information, including your Social Security number and credit history, only as necessary to perform the Services you have engaged us to provide.
We use your information to review your credit reports; prepare and mail dispute correspondence; communicate with you about your file; process payments; comply with legal obligations; and improve our Services. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to deliver the Services — for example, with the credit bureaus, furnishers, and collectors involved in your disputes, and with service providers who help us operate (such as mail, payment, scheduling, and communication vendors) under confidentiality obligations.
