How Major Credit Repair collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Effective July 13, 2026 · Major Credit Repair

Your Federal Rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within three business days without penalty. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our Services we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, mailing address, date of birth, Social Security number, and credit-report data — as well as information generated during our work on your file. We also collect limited technical information (such as IP address and browsing activity) automatically when you use our website.

We collect sensitive information, including your Social Security number and credit history, only as necessary to perform the Services you have engaged us to provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to review your credit reports; prepare and mail dispute correspondence; communicate with you about your file; process payments; comply with legal obligations; and improve our Services. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to deliver the Services — for example, with the credit bureaus, furnishers, and collectors involved in your disputes, and with service providers who help us operate (such as mail, payment, scheduling, and communication vendors) under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data such as Social Security numbers and account credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will never ask you to send account passwords by email or text. Sensitive credentials should only ever be provided through the secure channels we direct you to.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (including recordkeeping required under CROA and applicable law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, email contact@majorcreditrepairs.com.

7. Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive service-related communications from us. Message and data rates may apply to text messages; you can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. We honor unsubscribe requests for marketing email.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
